1. Allowed Categories

AdsKub accepts listings in the following categories:

• Vehicles — cars, motorcycles, and scooters
• Property — condos, apartments, and villas in Phuket

2. Prohibited Content

The following items and content are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal items or services
• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
• Drugs and controlled substances
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Adult content or services
• Items that violate intellectual property rights

3. Listing Accuracy

All listings must be truthful and accurate. Fake, misleading, or fraudulent listings are not allowed. Photos must represent the actual item being sold or rented. Prices must reflect the real asking price.

4. No Duplicate Listings

One item — one listing. Do not publish the same vehicle or property more than once, including from another account or on behalf of a company. If you need to update your listing, edit the existing one instead of creating a new one.

AdsKub reserves the right to unpublish duplicate listings without prior notice, keeping only one of them.

5. Daily Posting Limit

The number of new listings you can submit per day is limited:

• Personal profile — up to 5 listings per day
• Company — up to 20 listings per day, shared across the whole company

The counter resets daily at 00:00 Bangkok time (UTC+7). Drafts and edits of existing listings do not count towards the limit. Listings submitted over the limit are saved as drafts and can be published the next day.

6. Moderation and Consequences

All listings are subject to moderation. Violations of these rules may result in:

• Removal of the listing
• Warning notification
• Temporary suspension of posting privileges
• Permanent account termination for repeated violations

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a listing that violates these rules, please report it to [email protected]. We will review all reports and take appropriate action.
