1. Allowed Categories

AdsKub accepts listings in the following categories:

• Vehicles — cars, motorcycles, and scooters
• Property — condos, apartments, and villas in Phuket

2. Prohibited Content

The following items and content are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal items or services
• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
• Drugs and controlled substances
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Adult content or services
• Items that violate intellectual property rights

3. Listing Accuracy

All listings must be truthful and accurate. Fake, misleading, or fraudulent listings are not allowed. Photos must represent the actual item being sold or rented. Prices must reflect the real asking price.

4. One Listing Per Item

Each listing must represent a single item. Do not post duplicate listings for the same vehicle or property. If you need to update your listing, edit the existing one instead of creating a new one.

5. Moderation and Consequences

All listings are subject to moderation. Violations of these rules may result in:

• Removal of the listing
• Warning notification
• Temporary suspension of posting privileges
• Permanent account termination for repeated violations

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a listing that violates these rules, please report it to [email protected]. We will review all reports and take appropriate action.
